The Fotiadis family has been inextricably linked to pig breeding for five generations. They have been breeding our national pig, the indigenous Greek Black Pig, since 1925. Tradition, love and passion are passed on from generation to generation.
The primordial Greek breed of the Black Pig, the innovation with olive diet and the semi-extensive breeding model in the ideal pasture on the outskirts of mythical Olympus are the triptych of uniqueness and excellent quality of the meat we produce. The diet with the olive differentiates the meat of the Black Pig of Olympus because it gives it a unique aroma, taste and high nutritional value.
The “Limited” product line is a Premium series with limited quantities, based on the Black Pig of Olympus. The series includes thermally processed meat products smoked in beech wood, fermented matured as well as handmade frozen minced meat products. Seasonal codes are produced on demand.
The “Traditional” product line family is a series based on recipes with Mediterranean flavors, with meat of Black Pig of Olympus and excellent quality raw materials. Respect for tradition and almost a century of memories make up the main ingredient of the “Traditional” series. The series includes thermally processed sausages smoked in beech wood and handmade frozen minced meat products.
The “Land of Olympus” product line family was created to highlight flavors and aromas associated with the mountain of the Ancient Greek gods. Wild Boar, deer and the Black Pig of Olympus compose a mosaic of pleasure with the mythical Olympus as a reference point. The series includes thermally processed meat products smoked in beech wood and marinated meat pieces. Seasonal codes are produced on demand.
