Ingredients
GRAVIERA HOT DOG
▪ 1 sausage with graviera cheese
▪ 40 g guacamole
▪ 30 g tomato
▪ 5-6 coriander leaves
▪ 30 g spicy mayo
Preparation
Guacamole
1. Mash 3 ripe avocados in a mortar.
2. Then add the juice of 2 limes, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 finely chopped dry onion, 1 finely chopped hot chili pepper (optional), coriander, and salt. Mix well until homogeneous.
Spicy Mayo
To 1 kg mayonnaise add:
• ¼ tbsp salt
• ⅓ tbsp hot paprika
• 110 g ketchup
• 30 g mustard
