• 1 slice of kavurmas from Greek Black Pig of Olympus
• 3 eggs
• 30 g feta cheese
• 2 mushrooms
• 20 g arugula
• 30 g marinated tomato (tomato, olive oil, salt, oregano)
Preparation
1. In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil, then add the sliced mushrooms and kavurmas. Sauté until golden.
2. Whisk the eggs and pour them into a pan with a little olive oil. Cook evenly.
3. Add the feta, marinated tomato, arugula, sautéed mushrooms, and kavurmas to the omelette. Fold it in half to form a crescent shape.
