Ingredients
▪ 1 slice of kavurmas from Greek Black Pig of Olympus
▪ 50 g baby spinach
▪ 1 fried egg
▪ 1 tbsp xinotyri cheese
▪ 30 g finely chopped tomato
▪ 1 tbsp fresh herbs
Preparation
1. Warm the kavurmas either in the microwave or in a sandwich press.
2. In a bowl, combine the tomato, baby spinach, and fresh herbs. Toss gently to marinate.
3. Place a round plating ring on a serving plate. Add the xinotyri cheese at the bottom, then layer the marinated mixture on top, followed by the warmed kavourmas and a fried egg.
Serve with warm bread.
