Ingredients:
• 100g baby vegetables
• 4 slices of smoked bacon from Greek Black Pig of Olympus
• 40g manouri cheese
• 1 orange
• 30g pomegranate
• 30mL balsamic dressing
• 20g almonds
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the smoked bacon from Greek Black Pig of Olympus and the balsamic dressing. Toss them well.
2. Serve on a plate, and top with the smoked bacon from Greek Black Pig of Olympus and drizzle with the balsamic dressing.
