Ingredients:
• 3 soutzoukaki from Black Pig of Olympus and Mutton
• 30g spicy cheese sauce
• 40g Florina pepper
• 1 country-style bread
• 40g cherry tomatoes (sliced thin)
Preparation
1. Slice the bread into 3 thin pieces.
2. Grill the soutzoukaki, pepper, and bread.
3. On one half of the plate, place the spicy cheese sauce with the pepper. On the other half, place the 3 slices of bread, top with cherry tomato slices, and finally, place one soutzoukaki on top.
