Caesar Salad with wild boar smoked pancetta Fotiadi’s Farm
1 package wild boar Smoked Pancetta Fotiadi’s Farm, baked, in pieces or whole
3-4 tablespoons corn
2 tablespoons grated parmesan or kefalograviera
3- 4 tablespoons croutons
3 tablespoons mustard
1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dairy cream
freshly grated pepper
Wash, dry and cut the lettuce in a salad bowl.
Add the wild boar smoked pancetta, the croutons, the corn and the cheese.
Mix the dressing in a bowl until blended and add it in the salad.
Stir and enjoy.
