\u2022 100g smoked bacon from Greek Black Pig of Olympus<\/a><\/strong><\/span>
\u2022 200g baby potatoes
\u2022 30g fresh butter
\u2022 20mL extra virgin olive oil
\u2022 50mL white wine
\u2022 50g grated graviera cheese
\u2022 10g fresh thyme, finely chopped
\u2022 Juice of 1 lemon
\u2022 10g sweet paprika (boukouvo)
\u2022 1 sprig fresh oregano
\u2022 Salt
\u2022 Freshly ground pepper<\/p>

For the Aromatic Herb Oil:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 20g fresh mint
\u2022 20g fresh parsley
\u2022 20g chives
\u2022 \u00bd chili pepper
\u2022 50mL extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.
2. Wash the potatoes, place them in a baking dish, add salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil, and a little water, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
3. Cut the smoked bacon into cubes and slice the potatoes in half.
4. Place a pan over high heat and add the butter. Then, add the potatoes and smoked bacon and saut\u00e9. Add the sweet paprika, thyme, lemon juice, and wine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.<\/p>

For the Aromatic Herb Oil:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until combined into a smooth mixture.<\/li>
