\u25aa 600-700 g fresh Greek Black<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Pig of Olympus, cubed
\u25aa 3 kg yellow pumpkin, peeled and cut into large cubes
\u25aa 200 mL olive oil
\u25aa 2 onions
\u25aa 2 garlic cloves
\u25aa 100 g ginger (fresh)
\u25aa 2 tbsp tomato paste
\u25aa 2 cinnamon sticks
\u25aa 1 tsp coriander seeds
\u25aa \u00bd grated nutmeg
\u25aa 4 whole cloves
\u25aa 8 black peppercorns
\u25aa 1 glass of vinegar (wine vinegar)
\u25aa 200 g chopped tomatoes
\u25aa Salt

1. Place all the ingredients, except for the pumpkin, in the Dutch oven. Once the food is halfway cooked, add the pumpkin.
