\u25aa 300 g fresh potatoes
\u25aa 60 g Feta cheese (PDO)
\u25aa 6 cherry tomatoes
\u25aa 30 g fresh butter
\u25aa 20 mL extra virgin olive oil
\u25aa 50 mL white wine
\u25aa 20 g fresh chopped thyme
\u25aa Juice of 1 lemon
\u25aa 10 g sweet paprika (boukovo)
\u25aa 1 sprig fresh oregano
\u25aa 1 sprig thyme
\u25aa Salt, freshly ground pepper<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).
3. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, fresh oregano, sweet paprika, and thyme.
4. Add the olive oil, butter, white wine, lemon juice, and a little water.
5. Place the sausages on top of the potatoes and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
7. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and crumble the feta cheese.
8. Five minutes before the dish is ready, add the tomatoes and feta.<\/p>

Note<\/strong>: Baking times may vary depending on the size of the potatoes. If the potatoes are cut into larger pieces, add the sausages towards the end to prevent them from drying out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
