Wild boar roll with chestnuts and raisins

Maintenance Instructions

Store in the refrigerator at 0-4⁰ C. Consumed after opening the package within 3 days.

After removing the net, place the roll in a oven bag and bake in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for 1 1/2 hours.

“Greek wild boar meat 75%, chestnuts 14%, raisins 7,5% (contains sulphites), salt, modified corn starch, potato fiber, dextrose, glucose syrup, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate, carbonates of sodium, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, stabilizers: diphosphates, triphosphates, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, flavoring, preservative: sodium nitrite.
